Mel has worked for HMRC for over 16 years. After starting as a Project Manager in advance of HMRC’s digital improvements, she became heavily involved in the delivery side of MTD for Income Tax, working on the development of the early functionality for the ITSA Pilot. Recently, Mel has turned her full attention to leading the relationship with the software industry for Making Tax Digital.
