Oliver is a Senior Manager within the Healthcare Division of the AMS Group. Heading up their Pharmacy and Large Company department whilst supporting their GP Practice Department and overseeing the inception and subsequent growth of an overseas Compliance Function at the same time. He has over thirteen years of direct experience in practice, plus three years of industry experience sandwiched in between, giving him a solid base of experience and a wide exposure to different environments, ways of working and technology/systems to support delivery of the financials across different sectors.

Throughout each role held to date the focus has always been in supporting both clients and staff alike, building strong relationships both in and out of the office and playing a key role in staff development by acting as a mentor wherever possible. Always encouraging staff to grow in tandem with each business and ensuring systems and processes are fit for purpose, whilst being set to support future growth at the same time. This has led to an active interest in technology and the need to build efficiencies in processes wherever possible, and ultimately to his time spent working with Quickbooks and associated add on technology in the last four years.
