Simu Liu is a Canadian actor, writer, producer and angel investor. He is best known for his starring role in the first Asian-fronted Marvel movie Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, as Rival Ken in Greta Gerwig's Barbie, and as Jung the CBC/Netflix comedy series Kim's Convenience. Liu also wrote the New York Times bestselling memoir We Were Dreamers, for which he was named to TIME Magazine's 100 Most Influential list for 2022. He currently serves as Chief Content Officer of MìLà, one of the companies in his investment portfolio.
