Channelle McNutt, MBA is global DEI practitioner, and executive coach. She gets most excited when she’s delivering on her mission to develop people and places through the intersxctions of identity and purpose.
She has 12+ years of experience in management consulting, social justice, education and philanthropy, and always centers humanity and growth in her journey to drive equity and belonging.
She’s currently the DEI Manager at Intuit, where she designs and leads global programs that support Intuit’s DEI strategy, and coaches leaders on best practices to maximize the employee experience.
Channelle earned both a Bachelors of Arts in Communication and Political Science and
Master in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
She resides in Los Angeles, CA and enjoys walking the beach with her 4-year old daughter.
