As the Global DE&I Talent Programs Leader at Intuit, I design and implement innovative strategies to attract, retain, develop, and promote top talent from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

I also serve as the Global Co-Chair of the Intuit African Ancestry Network, one of the company's top affinity programs, where I foster a culture of belonging, engagement, and growth for the community.
