Prior to Intuit, Kelly-Ann held roles with American Express and Mattel. Across 15+ years, she developed a deep understanding of customer-centric needs to empower small business communities worldwide. Her leadership served as a guiding force that transformed product value propositions into compelling experiences for customers, partners, and internal audiences, while delivering strong commercial results.
