Channelle McNutt, MBA is global D&I practitioner, and executive coach. She gets most excited when she’s delivering on her mission to develop people and places through the intersections of identity and purpose.

With over thirteen years of experience spanning management consulting, education, and philanthropy, she consistently prioritizes human connection and outcomes to drive change, inclusivity, and belonging.

She’s currently the Sr. Manager - Diversity & Inclusion at Intuit, where she designs and leads global programs that build an inclusive workplace where every employee can be their authentic self, feel like they belong, and do the best work of their lives. Her scope currently includes learning, talent development and performance practices.

Channelle earned both a Bachelors of Arts in Communication and Political Science and Master in Business Administration from San Diego State University.

She resides in Los Angeles, CA and enjoys walking the beach with her 5-year old daughter.
