She has first-hand experience in leading change having transitioned her own practice from server-based software & hourly rate style engagements, to a cloud-based & packaged pricing model that centred on customer experience. Amanda is passionate about leveraging her journey as a practitioner to advocate for solutions & experiences that empower Accountants, Bookkeepers, Small Businesses and the communities they serve.
